All systems will be repaired on site. Any maintenance involving the replacement of individual components or peripheral equipment will be carried out at our workshop.

Defective cards, component groups and network parts which cannot be repaired by our technicians will be sent to the manufacturer or to a repair service of comparable quality in order to ensure a professional repair and replacement process.

Agilent pin cards will have received new MINT pins before being sent out.

Using our service number you will be able to reach a technician at any time. The call handling of giving your contract number, serial number etc. is not required as we want to help you as efficiently and fast as possible.
